On a property overlooking Nymphenburg park a modern residential building with three units was created.
Very personal living spaces were developed and realized in close cooperation with the client .

An open fireplace forms the heart of the living room on the ground floor. Natural materials such as burnished brass, blackened steel and glazed lava stone from Sicily give the deliberately reduced design warmth and character.

Custom-made furniture made of wood, supplemented by mineral wall surfaces and large-format terrazzo tiles from Italy radiate a homely, Mediterranean atmosphere in the master bathroom.
