Tiny living in Bogenhausen, Munich

A residential building complex was built on the site of a former hotel in Bogenhausen, Munich.
At the request of our client, we have developed a “tiny living” concept that uses creative solutions to maximize the available space in order to offer the residents an attractive living space.

Our interpretation of tiny living spaces shows how you can live “big” in a small space and create a high-quality framework for everyday living in the city.

The almost 50 square meter open studio combines natural, durable materials with intelligent built-in components and special details to provide all the requirements for a modern apartment in a small space.

This includes a built-in wardrobe with a laundry cabinet, a shower bath, an open kitchen with a dining area for up to 5 people, a sleeping alcove with a walk-in closet, a desk, a spacious living area, as well as extensive built-in storage space.

Accents made of solid walnut, linen curtains, made-to-measure upholstered furniture from a Munich manufactory, as well as hand-made lights, create a matching, timeless and individual style.

Tiny Living Munich was awarded the DNA Paris Design Awards in the Interior Design – House & Residential category in 2021.
