Nestled within a historic park estate, situated in one of Munich’s most prominent locations, this penthouse shines with a warm yet simple aesthetic.

Like a tree house, harmoniously situated amidst lush treetops, the open and flowing spaces blend seamlessly with the impressive natural backdrop of the Isarauen.

The sophisticated design, developed in close collaboration with our client for his nature-loving parents, an elderly couple, was perfectly tailored to their needs. Natural materials such as oak, quartzite, bronze, and linen give the rooms an expression of warmth and comfort due to their simplicity, texture, and patina.

Particular attention was paid to maximum functionality and high-quality design, integrating thoughtful built-in furniture and smart details. A standout feature of the project is a multifunctional room that can serve both as a study and a guest room. Thanks to a state-of-the-art system that includes a ceiling-mounted bed, built-in storage, and a custom-made desk, this space can easily adapt to the demands of daily life.

This project emphasizes the importance of modern, human-centered design that cleverly combines aesthetics and comfort to greatly improve the daily lives of the elderly.
